Coaching
One-to-one support for leaders who want to think more clearly, lead more confidently, and grow personally as well as professionally.
THE PROBLEM
They are managing upwards, developing their teams, navigating change, and trying to maintain their own performance, often without much dedicated space to think or direct support. The result is leaders who are stretched thin, reactive rather than considered, and who rarely get honest feedback from the people around them.
Good coaching changes that. It creates a space that is genuinely theirs: to think, to reflect, to be challenged, and to grow.
Most leaders are doing more than their role asks of them.
WHAT WE DO
We coach leaders who want to show up better in the moments that matter.
Our coaching is practical, relational, and outcome-focused. We care about helping leaders navigate the situations that are actually hard: the difficult conversations, the high-stakes decisions, the team dynamics that need untangling.
We use psychometrics where useful as a starting point for self-awareness. We draw on a range of approaches, but we never let the model get in the way of the conversation. And we track progress against real outcomes, not just how the sessions felt.
A coaching engagement with HCP typically involves:
WHAT IT INCLUDES
Coach Matching
Identification of the right coach according to the clients’ needs and preferences
Initial Assessment Session
An intake session to understand the leader's context, goals, and key development areas.
One-to-One Coaching Programme
A structured programme of one-to-one sessions, typically four to six over three to six months.
Psychometric & 360 Assessments
Psychometric profiling where relevant, including Saville Wave, Hogan, Lumina Spark among others, or 360 feedback tools when useful.
Ongoing Support & Reflection
Between-session support and reflection prompts to reinforce progress.
Progress Review & Next Steps
Ongoing check-ins and programme reviews to track progress and adapt as the team evolves.
Group Coaching Sessions
Group coaching for cohorts of leaders working through shared challenges together.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Leaders we work with typically develop:
Greater self-awareness and a clearer sense of their strengths and development edges.
More confidence in difficult conversations, high-pressure situations, and leadership decisions.
A stronger ability to bring out the best in their teams rather than just managing tasks.
Better habits of reflection and a more considered approach to how they lead.
Clearer thinking and the ability to make good decisions under pressure.
The best coaching does not give leaders the answers. It helps them find their own - faster and with more conviction.
WHO THIS IS FOR
Line management support is limited due to timezone differences and capacity limitations.
A leader is stepping into a new role or taking on greater responsibility.
Performance is strong but there is a sense that more is possible.
There are specific development areas to work on: communication, influence, conflict, decision-making.
A leader is navigating a difficult period and needs a trusted thinking partner.
An organisation wants to invest in its next generation of leaders in a structured, measurable way.
