We are your trusted learning partner, here to grow alongside you.
HCP works alongside leaders and teams who want to grow, not just perform better on paper. We invest in understanding your organisation, your people, and what is actually getting in the way. And we stay with you long enough to see it change.
HCP is a boutique learning and development consultancy. We do not offer a catalogue of ready-made programmes. We stay deliberately agile, deliberately high-quality, and we promise every client a bespoke engagement, every time.
We have worked with global teams at some of the biggest companies in the world. We have delivered across the US, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, in multiple languages, across cultures and time zones. And we have built the kind of relationships where clients come back, year after year.
That is not because we are the biggest. It is because we listen carefully, care deeply, and we commit to our clients’ success. We do not settle for anything less than excellent.
Boutique by design. Global by reach. Bespoke by promise.
To make the workplace more meaningful.
Most people spend the majority of their lives at work. That is an enormous amount of time, energy, and identity, and for too many people it does not feel meaningful.
We exist to change that. Not in a grand, abstract way, but one team, one leader, one honest conversation at a time. When people feel seen, supported, and genuinely connected to the people they work with, they perform better. They grow. And they build workplaces worth being part of.
Every engagement starts with listening. Everything else follows from that.
We start every piece of work the same way: by asking questions and taking time to genuinely understand what is happening. Not just the brief, but the context, the culture, the history, and the people involved. We call this our listening engagement, and it is non-negotiable.
From there, we design something that fits. Not a programme we have run elsewhere with the logo changed. Something built around your team's actual challenges and the outcomes that matter to your business.
And when we are done, we do not disappear. We follow up, we check in, and we adapt as things change. The most valuable thing we can offer is not a single workshop. It is a relationship built on trust.
What that looks like in practice
01
Listen
We start with a listening engagement, stakeholder conversations, honest questions, and time to understand what is real.
02
Design
We design programmes that are bespoke, practical, and built for transfer, not just engagement on the day.
03
Deliver
We work in person, virtually, and across languages, with associates matched carefully to the culture and context.
04
Review
We use AI-augmented tools and processes so the speed of delivery never comes at the cost of quality or personalisation.
05
Stay
We stay in it with you, reviewing, adapting, and expanding support where it genuinely adds value.
A few things we hold to be true.
Connection
Human connection matters more in a digital world, not less. That is not a nice sentiment. It is our operating model.
Emotional intelligence
Emotional intelligence is not a soft skill. It is a competitive advantage.
Development
Great development is practical, personal, and built around what is real, not what looks good in a deck.
Honest teams
Teams do not need to be perfect. They need to be invested in their collective success and be honest with each other.
Conversations
The most common reason performance suffers is a conversation that has not happened yet.
Growth
There is no professional development without personal growth. People can grow and change at any stage of their career.
The people behind the work.
HCP is led by Ed Wyeth and Josh Jeffries, two practitioners who have spent their careers inside organisations, building teams, developing leaders, and understanding what it actually takes to grow as a person and as a team.
Alongside them is a network of experienced associates, coaches, facilitators, and specialists, who share the same values: low ego, high care, and a genuine commitment to the client. We think carefully about who we bring into the work, because the people matter as much as the programme.
